Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, just let us know at within the first 3 days of your first monthly cycle, and we will fully refund the cost of your services for that billing period. Any requests for a refund received after the first 3 days of a monthly billing cycle are NOT eligible for a refund of the cost of services for that billing period. All requests for a refund must be submitted directly to, or by submitting a Support Ticket. When emailing please send the message from the email address associated with your account and include your Full Name, and Company Name as well as the request for refund.

Return Policy

No implicit returns are required as GoBabl is a SaaS (Software as a service) solution. No refunds will be made for our web based software more than 30 days after use during a billing period.

Cancellation Policy

You alone are responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. Your account and all of its content will be deleted immediately upon your cancellation of the Service. You can cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month which you discontinued Service if your account involves a balance. GoBabl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or refund. We also reserve the right to delete all content associated with your account. GoBabl may refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

No GoBabl products are ever delivered so there is no policy required for delivery or shipping.

Billing Policy

All charges to subscribers of the “GoBabl” service, or any future service/services, will be billed by “GoBabl, LLC” which will appear on any Credit Card or Bank Statements as the billing entity.
